This year we planted tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, jalapenos, watermelons, eggplants and a variety of herbs. Quest'anno abbiamo piantato pomodori, peperoncini piccanti, cocomeri , melanzane, basilico, timo, rosmarino e prezzemolo.

SMART

After waiting 7 years the Smart finally made it to the US. Ismar was on a waiting list for 13 months before he could finally get his own. He adores his car.

Finalmente e' arrivata la Smart anche negli Stati Uniti. Ismar ha dovuto aspettare un anno prima che la sua arrivasse. Da quando siamo stati in Italia insieme si e' innamorato di questa macchina e ha sempre detto che ne avrebbe comprata una se poteva. Finalmente ha realizzato il suo "sogno".

Italia's Baptism

After Italia's baptism we had family and friends over for some cake.

Dopo il battesimo, parenti e amici sono venuti a casa per festeggiare Italia.

Acquarium

The last day of our vacation Ismar took the girls to the acquarium.

Ismar ha portato i bambini all'acquario in Messico, le tartarughe e la foca erano piu' interessanti di tutti gli altri pesci.

Mexico Vacation 2008

This year we spent a week in Mexico w/nonno and nonna. We enjoyed the pool, the sand, the beach and the sun. Stefano started swimming on his own at the end of our stay. Quest'anno siamo stati una settimana in Messico con i nonni. Siamo stati tanto al mare e in piscina. Stefano ha anche imparato a tuffarsi e andare sotto acqua da solo.

Mother's Day Makeover

Emma's class did a mother's day makeover, and sang songs to all the moms.

In classe di Emma per la festa della mamma hanno truccato le mamme e cantato canzoni per l'occasione.

Ismar takes the side bars off the Durango and Stefano gets down trying to help. He is such a boy.

Ismar leva le sbarre dal Durango prima di venderlo e Stefano cerca di aiutarlo.

Ilenia's Birthday Party

For my Birthday Ismar and the girls made me a German chocolate cake and the girls made me their own presents. Italia made me two stick that said "I love Mom" and Emma made me a painting on a plate. Di domenica abbiamo festeggiato con i bambini. Ismar e le bambine mi hanno fatto un dolce e le bambine mi hanno dato dei regali fatti in casa: un piatto pitturato da Emma e due rami per fare musica con scritto " I love mom" fatto da Italia.

On a date 25/4/08

On my birthday, Ismar took me out on a date in his Smart. We ate and then he took me shopping for some maternity clothes. I had a good birthday. Per il mio compleanno, Ismar mi ha portato a mangiare fuori e poi mi ha portato a comprarmi dei vestiti nuovi pre-maman. Abbiamo guidato insiame nella sua nuova Smart per la prima volta. Il suo sogno si e' finalmente realizzato.
