Today the kids decided to have an orange (more like Tang) stand.  To my surprise they made $4.50.

La bassottina e' stata sterilizzata!! Dopo 2 tentativi di farla rimanere incinta ci siamo stancati....soprattutto io..... di metterle le mutande ed assorbenti.  Zoey sta' posando con  i suoi pasticche per il dolore.  L'operazione e' andata bene ed il giorno dopo e' tornata a correre come se non le fosse successo niente.

The family squirrel has been officially fixed.  After multiple tries to get her pregnants we have decided to spay her.  Plus I was tired of putting undies on her and panty liners...  Everything went well and she was back to her normal self the next day.

A 2 anni e 1/2 ho deciso di insegnare a Luca a fare i suoi bisognini nel gabinetto, devo dire che ha imparato molto velocemente, come vedete e' il tipico uomo con qualcosa da leggere sul vasetto.

At 2 1/2 years old Luca is finally potty trained, he was easy to work with.

La migliore amica di Italia si e' trasferita in Texas con la sua famiglia, quindi abbiamo deciso di farla venire per un'ultima volta a passare una serata con noi fuori accanto al falo'.

Italia's best friend Abby moved to Texas with her family so we had her over one last time for a sleep over and a night roasting hot dogs.....and for dessert cinammon rolls.

Questa mattina ho sentito i bambini in cucina pero' ho deciso di non alzarmi, dopo una ventina di minuti sono venuti a svegliarmi loro.  Mi hanno portato in cucina ed ho trovato questo spettacolo sul tavolo.  Colazione parecchio sostanziosa, ed un bigliettino con scritto "Siamo dispiaciuti" davanti e dentro diceva: "Cara Mamma, siamo veramente dispiaciuti.  Ti vogliamo bene anche se ci urli, non pretendiamo che to sia perfetta come noi.  Ti vogliamo bene, Italia, Emma, Stefano e Luca."  Caspita, non posso altro che farmi una bella risata.
This morning I heared the kids in the kitchen, soon after they came and woke me up.  They took me to the kitchen table to find a special breakfast for me with a card that read " Sorry" on the outside.  On the inside the message said " Dear mama, we are very sorry.  We still love you even if you yell at us, we don't expect you to be perfect like us.  Love, Italia, Emma, Stefano and Luca"  All I could do is laugh.  How thoughfull.

Halloween 2010

Per Halloween, io ed Ismar siamo andati a una feste che hanno fatto a casa della preside della sua scuola.  Lui era Doctor Seymor Butts proctologo (notate il marrone sui bracci)  ed io ero sua moglie Allota Butts.
Traducendo lui era il dottore "Vedi Culi" ed io sua moglie "Molto culo".  Il brutto di questa festa e' che la preside e sua figlia pensavano davvero che io avessi un sedere cosi' enorme.

All I have to say is he was Dr. Seymor Butts from the Dairy Air Medical Center and I was his wife Allota Butts.  The party was thrown by the school principal and her and her daughter thought that was my real butt.  I was hurt.

Our new pet - Nuovo animale domestico

 Questa e' stata davvero la cavolata dell'anno.  Abbiamo comprato questa tartaruga senza informarci prima sulla razza.  Dopo averla comprata abbiamo scoperto che e' la 3rza tartaruga piu' grande del mondo, diventera' piu' grande del cane e vivra' piu' a lungo di tutti noi.  Adesso e' piccola perche' ha solo pochi mesi ma in 15-20 anni diventera' una bestia.  Nonostante questo abbiamo deciso di prenderci le nostre responsabilita', aggiungerla al testamento e passarla ai nostri figli, nipoti, pronipoti e cosi' via.

This was the dummest thing we did all year.  We bought this tortoise without doing our homework first.  We later found out that it is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world, it will get bigger then our dog and it will out live us all. It was born September of 2010, so it it still small but in 15 to 20 years it will reach full growth.  After all we have decided to take our responsability and keep it.  We will add it to our will and it will be passed on to the future generation.
